1. Virtual Talent

Last season’s champions start the season with a retooled roster and a focus to be the first repeat champions in some time. The partnership of EvanDavids and Gianluca will continue to scare East Defenses, but will their defense be able to hold up similar to years past?

2. Fatal

The always consistent Fatal brings back a talented roster including BryanI0- and RxgNorbak who has been a lynchpin of their defense for years. While their defense will always excel, a consistent goal scorer along Bryan will be key to the success this season. Who will step up and get Fatal back to the top after 2 seasons with no title?

3. Patience

Possessing a number of players from last season’s Tempo team, Patience has plenty of players with playoff experience. Backed with a strong defense and Goalkeeper, this team should do extremely well in the regular season and make a deep run into the playoffs. With Jamaican leading the line, the attack should be able to score plenty of goals in the competitive east.

4. LA United

A rebranded team with countless Viva Futbol players, LA United has a championship pedigree that should allow them to score a lot of goals this season. Viva Andresi returning should give this team a significant boost and a sense of leadership. Can the new players mesh with the existing Viva players and start the season at a good pace?

5. NoHardFeelings

Another returning playoff team from last season, NoHardFeelings will look to build on last season’s momentum. While MysteriousMilks will surely produce, there will be a need for players like Cstol to contribute. Can this team take the next step and compete for the D1 Title?

6. Most Hated

Back from a season away, Most Hated brings back a roster that has made multiple runs to the D1 Final. xSebasMend11 and Medranito_222 should score plenty of goals, and will be led by stalwarts xOrtiizx and tMostHated-x. If this team gets out of their own way, a run to the title would not be any surprise.

7. Playboyz

After some time off from ACL, the former West finalists are playing their first season in D1 East. This team holds a talented roster and should play well together as a talented unit. Expect this team to surprise some people and find their way into the playoffs this season.

8. Beangers

This team snuck into the playoffs last year and did not have a lot of roster turnover. The continuity in the team should allow them to have an advantage at the start of the season. Can this team score enough goals to be competitive and make a playoff push this season?

9. Los Plebes

This team has been competitive for some time in D1 and would anticipate them taking the next step after being in D1 for a number of seasons. The additions of II_Kobel_II and oxzucc should continue to improve this team. Is this finally the season that Plebes makes a playoff run?

10. Illuminate CF

There is plenty of D1 Level Talent in this team, and if they are able to gel quickly, this team could finish significantly higher than this 10th place prediction. Count on Hater, Sheik and Cheeky to provide some continuity within the Starting XI this season.

11. Lethal XI

Going from East Finalists to playing in the promotion/relegation game in a few seasons is quite a fall from grace. However, this team’s regression should be an outlier and not the norm. Charls in Net will keep them competitive in most games and adding some attacking firepower should help keep them above the relegation zone. Look for a return to form here in the second season of FC25.

12. Vikings

After a couple of seasons in D1 at this point, this roster has had a significant amount of turnover heading to this season. While there is some new talent coming in, it is yet to be seen if this team will gel and be competitive this season.

13. Marvel XI

After a one season stint in D2, Marvel earned their promotion back up to D1 and captured the D2 overall title. This team has plenty of experience and their manager, BigGameBenny will have them ready to survive and thrive in D1, keeping their place in this division for at least another season. Look for a number of their players to get high individual stats, regardless of table position.

14. Azteca Esports

One of the other teams to be promoted from D2, this team had continually sat near the top of the table in D2, but couldn’t get it done in playoffs. After a heartbreaking loss in the promotion/relegation game to Lethal, this team now has an idea of what the D1 Level will be like. Can that loss fuel them to reach success this season?

15. Galacticos

A rebrand of Project BH and El Maryasa, this team has a lot of turnover. While there is a lot of D1 experience here, this team will have their work cut out for them to survive a relegation battle this season. Look for the existing Project BH players to shoulder a lot of the load this season.

16. Zulia Esports

After a surprise run to the D2 final last year, this roster underwent a significant amount of turnover to prepare for D1 this season. There is a lot of unknown talent on this team, but this division may prove to be too much competition for these players. Could this be the surprise of the season?
