D1 East Power Rankings – Playoff Push

1. NoHardFeelings

NoHardFeelings have been able to hold off Virtual Talent for another week to hold on to the top of the table. They have scored the most goals and conceded the fewest, and have officially clinched a playoff spot.

2. Virtual Talent

Virtual Talent has been right where they expected to be, competing for a top spot in East and defending their championship from last season. A +27 Goal Difference is good for second best, and have also clinched a playoff spot.

3. Patience

Patience have fallen off slightly, but are still good for third place and tied for the third fewest goals conceded. This team will be one to watch for the playoffs, especially with Clyford in goal.

4. Fatal XI

Fatal has once again turned their season around and are keeping form. Their 14 goals conceded are tied for the best in East, and that defense will continue to carry them in the playoffs going forward. Can their attack beyond Bryan keep up?

5. Most Hated

Most Hated is in a playoff spot on 35 points, but have conceded the second most goals in the top 8, which is uncharacteristic of this club. If their defense can turn it around, they may be able to make a deep playoff run.

6. Vikings

Vikings are still in a playoff spot with 8 games left to play, with only 18 goals conceded and 26 scored. They could get better in all facets of the game, but this has been an incredibly impressive season nonetheless.

7. Galacticos

Galacticos have also had an impressive season and are balanced in almost every way. 30 goals scored, 30 goals conceded, almost an even win/loss split and no draws. This has been the season of consistency for Galacticos, which has paid off well for them.

8. Los Plebes

Los Plebes have conceded an impressive 19 goals this season, and that has led them to a playoff spot with 8 games left, 6 points clear of 9th. Only a few more wins, and they will be in to the playoffs where anything can happen.

9. LA United

If this were based on defense alone, LA United would be a top 5 team. If this were based on the attack, they’d be a bottom 5 team. 17 goals scored across 20 games is not enough output for a team with playoff aspirations. Can their attack pick it up to get them into a playoff spot?

10. Illuminate

Illuminate made a run at the end of this season to get into 11th place. While there is a slight hope that they can make playoffs, this may have been too little too late for Illuminate.

11. Beangers

Similar to LA United, their defense has been good, while their attack has been subpar. They will essentially need to win out in order to make the playoffs.

12. Zulia Esports

Zulia has been in a tailspin to close out this season for a multitude of reasons. While they are likely to survive this season, it will be interesting to see how they rebuild heading into next season.

13. Azteca Esports

While not entirely out of the playoff picture, Azteca has conceded too many goals and not scored enough to get out of the basement of D1. Their goal should be to survive this season and rebuild.

14. Playboyzz

Playboyzz have had a poor run recently and find themselves on 15 points with 8 games left. Currently, they are in the promotion/relegation game and need to find a way out of that dangerous game.

15. Marvel XI

Marvel has conceded 49 goals, worst in the entire division, while only scoring 14. On 13 points, Marvel will be desperate to get out of a relegation spot.

16. Lethal

Only 1 win in 20 games, Lethal is on 4 points this season and are the only team eliminated from playoffs. This season has been so underwhelming for them, and hopefully they can get better next season.
