2025 ACL Hall of Fame Nominations
It’s been almost two years since ACL has had any Hall of Fame inductees. From the console merger, to a new website, to plenty of new and old champions, ACL and pro clubs’ landscape has changed more than anyone would have expected. At this point, there has never been a better time to add to our Hall of Fame list.
Before listing the nominees, let’s take a look back at the prior inductees:
Admins:
Bruno Dauti – The Godfather of all admins
Michael Henshaw – One of the admins who helped ACL take off and served as head admin for some time.
Players:
IO_Thiago-11 – Multiple time ACL champion with Infamous Ones and Fatal, eMLS pro player and former admin.
Mo-7- – Multiple time ACL champion with Prolific, West title winner with Famous XI, one of the top CAMs of his era.
Omarzito- – Multiple time ACL champion at multiple positions. One of the most renowned utility players in ACL history.
HaroldChampion12 – Multiple time ACL champion, single season record holder for most goals scored in a season with 67.
FearTri– Former ACL player most notably known for his time at Famous, tragically passed away.
IcyMigue – Former ACL player, tragically passed away.
Teams:
Infamous Ones – One of the top teams of their era, won multiple ACL trophies.
Fatal XI – Multiple time ACL winner and has survived and thrived across multiple titles and the post-console merger.
A quick look at our finalists:
Players:
Game7Bron – Longtime manager of Holicz. Multiple time ACL champion, with multiple east and west trophies (Holicz, Famous XI). Multiple time top scorer in ACL, featured in Bleacher Report’s article on pro clubs.
Emoni-Baits (Tofske) – Longtime player with Holicz and Famous XI. Equally proficient in Defense, Midfield in Attack, winning multiple assist leader titles. Co-Manager of IFVPA USA with multiple international appearances. Multiple time ACL champion, also featured in Bleacher Report’s article on pro clubs.
Clyford – Long time player for Viva Futbol and Patience. Multiple time Golden Glove winner, multiple time ACL winner with Viva Futbol and Holicz. Widely regarded as one of the best goalkeepers of this era.
ThatGudJamaican – All-time top scorer on VirtuaLeagues site at 181 goals and counting. ACL winner with Viva Futbol with multiple top scorer awards. One of the best Xbox players post-merger.
EvanDavids – Long time player and Manager of ACL winning side Virtual Talent. Point per game player with almost 200 points on VirtuaLeagues site and counting. One of the most complete attackers and Xbox players post console merger.
Skill Cancel – Long time player for Holicz with multiple ACL titles. Outstanding utility player with 80+ points and over 40 clean sheets on VirtuaLeagues site. One of the most complete players on either console with a track record to prove it.
Baylar– – One of the most complete players in the history of ACL. 5+ ACL titles with Olympus, Fatal XI, Holicz, Prolific and Famous XI at a variety of different positions. From Goalkeeper to Striker and everything in between, this is one of the most complete players pro clubs has ever seen.
Sir-Ajc – Outstanding and long-term defender for Prolific, Famous XI and Holicz. Multiple ACL titles won and one of the most consistent defenders pre and post console merger. Just don’t play him anywhere else besides CB.
ManicNaldo (Ronaldo_Skills07) – Longtime player for Infamous Ones and manager of Fatal XI. 5+ ACL titles across both teams, multiple time top scorer, multiple time Team of the Seasons. Proficient at CAM and Striker, a truly complete attacker.
rXgNorbak – Longtime player and backline leader for Fatal XI. Multiple time ACL champion with multiple clean sheet records. Arguably the best aerial threat from CB that the community has ever seen.
Teams:
Holicz – One of the most known and winningest clubs in ACL history, most recently winning a Unified ACL title in Season 45. Featured on Bleacher Report, this club comes with a significant amount of notoriety and has been home to some of the best players this community has ever seen.
Famous XI – Likely the most successful West team winning countless West titles, Famous XI finally got over the hump and won the Unified ACL title in Season 45. Led by manager Fms-Balla, this club has had multiple HOF players like HaroldChampion, Mo-7 and Omarzito in their ranks.
Viva Futbol – Winners of the very first post-merger ACL title, Viva Futbol blazed a warpath through all of the competition in the first season, and continued to make playoffs for multiple seasons after. Viva was the most popular Xbox club to come over post-merger and has had some of the best Xbox players to grace their XI.
Admins:
Zzzeguy- (Zeguy570) – Long time head admin of ACL and former manager of Muscle Sharks. Successfully merged Xbox and PSN ACL competitions together and oversaw significant league growth and creation of a new site, VirtuaLeagues. Also a capable player, with hundreds of appearances in ACL, two West Titles and a unified ACL title with Most Hated. Capped multiple times for USA international pro clubs.
